By joining this exclusive club, you will be eligible for special contests and promotions throughout the year, earn VERSATEX wearable’s, receive sales tools and training, and, best of all earn, a 2% rebate on all the VERSATEX you purchase throughout the year!
To enter, simply fill out & sign this form, submit it to our office, and allow one of our sales representatives to provide a brief 30-minute training on installation. Signing this form enrolls a specific builder into the 2012 Versatex Builder Club. This club is designed to reward loyal users of VERSATEX Trimboard. Minimum $500 usage per home required to qualify; invoices can be from more than one dealer. Rebate of 2% is calculated on the total value VERSATEX on the invoices. Rebates are given after every five projects. Projects can be new construction or remodel, but only on residential applications. Each “project” requires a separate address to qualify. Offer expires Dec. 31, 2012. Invoices must be dated 2012.
Form must be signed and returned to us and training completed before builder is eligible for the program.
To receive rebates:
Fill out and send in our Rebate Redemption Form (call our office if you do not have) one, calculate the rebate (we will check the math and call with any discrepancy) and include all five invoices and mail to address below. Allow four weeks for check to be processed.
